Cliff Garinn holds a master’s degree in counseling from Amberton University. He received training and certification from the Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches, and has nearly two decades of experience in career development along with numerous completed courses in professional business seminars. Cliff not only brings a personal touch to coaching but a solid track record of professional insights and practical tips to career marketing techniques.
As coordinator, Cliff teams with other credentialed résumé writers for projects and personally reviews and approves content for each document prior to the draft release. In addition, he manages each client project from beginning to end and provides personalized career coaching.
As principal of Reboot My Résumé, Cliff ensures professional quality work, effective and customized career marketing documents, and personal customer service.

Jon is a an award-winning editor and writer with more than 20 years of experience in communications, marketing, and public relations. He holds a master’s degree in journalism from the University of North Texas and works as a communications coordinator for a major academic medical center.
