Résumé Reboot
After selecting the résumé option that is right for you and completing your purchase, you will receive an email from us with the subject line “Reboot My Résumé Next Steps”. The email will include a few questions to get us started, as well as a link to schedule your résumé consultation time. Your answers to the email questions will ensure that your writer is well-prepared for your consultation.
Step 1. You and your résumé expert will have an in-depth phone conversation to learn more about your career objectives and to expand on the answers you provided. Your preparation for this call is essential, as it will provide the foundation for your new résumé.
Step 2. Based on the information you have provided and our experience and expertise, we will deliver a personalized résumé draft to you within two business days of your consultation.
Step 3. You will have the opportunity to review the draft and request any changes. While we strongly recommend providing feedback within 24-48 hours, you will have up to seven calendar days to respond with comments and suggestions to your writer. For all résumé levels, two rounds of revisions are included.
Step 4. We provide you with your customized, professional résumé in PDF and Word formats!
Step 5. If you purchased any of our other services – cover letter, LinkedIn profile, interview prep, career coaching – we will begin working on them once your résumé is finalized.
